Insight Global's healthcare client is in the process of upgrading 9k+ devices to the Windows 11 Operating System. We are seeking a team of Technicians who will be responsible for the deployment and testing of these devices across various sites state wide. The candidate should be able to work independently in a fast paced environment and must be comfortable navigating the Windows 11 OS.

Skills and Requirements

• >1 year of IT Support Experience

• Familiarity with the Windows 11 OS

• Must be comfortable imaging, deploying & testing software

• Basic VDI Knowledge

• Experience troubleshooting basic hardware & software issues and working directly with end users.

-Shift- 8am-5pm- Flex for Ambulatory sites

Flu Shot required! -Experience on a previous OS upgrade or deployment project preferred.
