📍 Odessa, TX | Local Routes Only (50 mile radius)

We are seeking experienced and dependable CDL drivers for local frac sand hauling in the Odessa, Texas area. This role is ideal for drivers who want consistent work, strong weekly earnings, and the ability to maximize hours.

Position Details

• Hauling frac sand
• Local runs within a 50 mile radius of Odessa
• No over the road travel
• No ELDs

Compensation

• 30% of truck gross
• Weekly earnings between $2,000 and $3,600 , depending on how you run
• Steady and consistent work

Equipment

• Sleeper trucks
• Refrigerator and microwave in every truck
• Power hookup available for TV

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years CDL experience
• Valid CDL
• Current Medical Card
• Valid Social Security Card
• Current H2S and PEC certifications
• Strong work ethic and safety focused mindset
