Job Description
Responsibilities Create a high volume of compelling original content (video, stills, and graphic design) for Instagram that supports long-term brand objectives and audience growth
Demonstrate creative, out-of-the-box thinking to develop conversation-starting content that drives community engagement and buzz
Contribute fresh ideas during team brainstorms, including new formats, series, and content tactics
Stay current on Instagram trends and best practices to bring forward-thinking strategies into content creation
Write compelling, on-brand copy for creative assets and captions
Partner with content creators to brief content needs and secure usage rights for user-generated content (UGC)
Support the Social Media Manager with publishing as needed
Skills Experience creating content for social platforms, lifestyle or media brands, and/or as a content creator
Strong conceptual and creative thinking with a passion for innovation and disruptive, thumb-stopping content
Ability to work independently with speed and agility while maintaining a strong creative eye and brand alignment
Collaborative team player who partners effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
Proficiency with creative tools including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, and Instagram’s native editing tools
