Position Description Work Dates Needed: 1/17 - 1/30 ..... 2/16 - 2/28 ..... ongoing

About the Role

Preferred Schedule: Clinic and Call Start time for call is 7:30 am

Responsibilities

• Worksite Setting: Clinic & Hospital includes rounding
• Scope of Work: 20 patients per day / volume is high at this time

Qualifications

• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: NE Lic / DEA / BC

Required Skills

• EMR: EPIC

Preferred Skills

• 3 references will be required
• 18-24 months of procedure logs are required
• Will accept a temp license and IMLC

PAY RATE

Hourly (Clinic & Call Back) ($325.00/$435.00)

24 Hr. Pager Call + Call Back ($1,800.00/$2,895.00)

Weeknight Pager Call + Call Back ($500.00/$700.00)
