- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Position Title: Maintenance Mechanic (Machine Repair)

Overview:
PrideNow is seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics to join our team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering stable hours, competitive pay, and great benefits. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude and experience performing complex repairs in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
- Journeyman’s papers or equivalent degree/certification and 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- – OR –
- Minimum 10 years performing complex mechanical maintenance work
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and support systems
- Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Experience operating machine shop equipment (lathe, milling machine, drill press, etc.)
- Basic computer skills; ability to use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and teamwork
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, conveyor systems, and production machines
- Diagnose mechanical issues using precision measuring and testing tools
- Dismantle and repair defective components using hand and power tools
- Fabricate and replace parts as needed using shop equipment and welding tools
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate issues effectively
- Support training of line mechanics and apprentices
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Maintain parts and supply inventory as needed
Physical and Medical Requirements:
- Must be physically capable of performing job duties safely
- May be required to pass a medical examination, including X-ray
Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $30.00 – $34.25 per hour (based on experience)

- Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
