• BLS - AHA Only
• MRT
• ARRT

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years Interventional Radiology and/or Cath Lab experience
• Body (Trauma) and Neuro (Stroke) experience required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Level I Trauma Center experience preferred
• VI experience preferred

Job Summary

• Under the supervision of a Radiologist, the Interventional Radiology Technologist performs diagnostic and interventional procedures for ambulatory and hospitalized patients in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality IR procedures following departmental protocols
• Prepare and position patients and equipment for procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control, radiation, and safety policies
• Communicate effectively with patients and families using AIDET principles
• Monitor patient tolerance during procedures and respond appropriately to emergencies
• Maintain accurate documentation, imaging records, and patient history
• Ensure proper consent, screening, and safety compliance
• Assist with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and supply inventory
• Participate in on-call coverage as required
• Serve as a preceptor for new staff when needed

Salary and Other Compensation:
