Akkodis is seeking a for a Full Stack Python Developer job with a client in Rochester, NY. Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline to be considered. Will be responsible for the full system development life cycle—designing, coding, testing, deploying, and supporting financial technology solutions. The role is expected to work collaboratively with project leaders and various stakeholders to deliver business solutions to meet deadlines.
Salary Range: $80/year to $100/year; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Full Stack Python Developer job responsibilities include:
· Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (Flask and FastAPI).
· Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support front-end features and third-party integrations.
· Implement business logic and data processing workflows in the backend.
· Optimize backend performance, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.z
· Develop user-facing features with React.js, focusing on responsive, dynamic, and engaging UIs.
· Integrate frontend with backend services via API calls, ensuring seamless data flow between client and server.
· Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design for various devices.
· Design and maintain relational database schemas using PostgreSQL.
· Handle data migrations, backups, and database security.
· Work with ORM tools like SQL Alchemy to interact with databases.

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline is required
Minimum Three years’ related experience
Must have Python experience.
