The Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead multifamily construction projects across the Southwest , managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships while ensuring quality delivery. You’ll gain exposure to both preconstruction and field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from start-up through closeout.
- Develop schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
- Lead project meetings with clients, subs, and internal teams.
- Support and mentor Project Engineers and PCs.
- Partner with estimating, operations, and leadership to deliver successful outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of construction experience (some multifamily experinece required).
- Strong APMs ready for promotion encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $110,000–$180,000
- Annual Bonus
- Vehicle Allowance: $125–150/week
- Cell Allowance: $80/month + $225 device reimbursement every 2 years
- 15 days PTO + holidays
- 401(k): 40% match up to 8%
