THE ROLE:
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of ground-up construction projects, from preconstruction through completion and closeout.
• Oversee multiple retail, industrial, and commercial office builds between $5M and $50M, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance.
• Lead scheduling, cost forecasting, subcontractor oversight, and project reporting, maintaining alignment with client expectations.
• Partner closely with leadership, site teams, and design professionals to deliver projects efficiently and foster lasting relationships.
THE PERSON:
• Experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in ground-up commercial, retail, or industrial construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage several active projects concurrently.
• Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar) and experienced in budgeting and scheduling.
• Ideally a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
