Practice Overview
- You’ll join a supportive team with a patient-centered approach
- Small patient load: average of 5-6 patients per day, with tele-visits available
- Collaborative environment with 1 RN, 1 MA, and 3 front desk staff
- Call schedule is light, with a 1:4 ratio
Schedule
- Flexible hours tailored for work-life balance
- Mix of clinic and occasional inpatient rounding
- Weekend schedule is minimal
- Telemedicine options available for patient visits
Compensation & Benefits
- Year 1: $250K base with potential bonuses up to $50K
- Potential earnings exceed $500K in later years based on panel size

Candidate Requirements
- Board Eligible/Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
